Sr. Multimedia Artist

JOB DESCRIPTION:The Senior Multimedia Artist plays an essential role in the development and execution of creative content and communication materials across ongoing campaigns and marketing programs.RESPONSIBILITIES:Design and produce multimedia content including videos, graphics, and animations for marketing campaigns and social media. Edit and enhance raw video footage to create polished, professional promotional materials and graphics. Collaborate with different departments to develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines. Optimize multimedia content for various platforms (web, social media, email marketing).QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree holder in Multimedia Studies, Advertising Arts, Communication, or any course relevant to the field

• With at least 3 years experience in a similar role (within the real estate industry is a definite advantage)
• Must be proficient in video editing and motion graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere
• Must have experience in pre- and post-production
• Ability to handle and utilize professional cameras and other audio-visual equipment
