WFH Marketing Support Specialist (HubSpot)

Overview Our client is looking for a Marketing Support Specialist (HubSpot) to join their New Zealand-based marketing services team in a remote, part-time capacity. In this role, you will play a crucial part in converting approved strategic marketing plans into high-quality emails, social media content, and blogs using HubSpot. Working closely with the account management team, you will manage content across multiple client accounts while supporting the team during a transitional maternity leave period. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your HubSpot expertise, writing talent, and ability to manage multi-channel content effectively. Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours per week) flexible, during client business hours, New Zealand Time

Responsibilities

• Create first drafts of email campaigns in client HubSpot accounts based on approved marketing plans
• Populate social media posts according to strategic guidelines and brand standards
• Draft blog content that aligns with client objectives and marketing strategies
• Organize and structure content within HubSpot for account team review and approval
• Collaborate with the account management team to ensure content meets client expectations
• Maintain consistency across multiple client accounts and marketing channels
• Adapt quickly to different client voices, industries, and content

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in HubSpot, including content creation and management features2-5 years of marketing support or content creation experience
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content
• Experience working with multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with remote teams
• Comfortable working approximately 20 hours per week
• Bonus if you have SEO experience or knowledge of SEO best practices
• It helps if you have worked with offshore or remote marketing teams previously
• Bonus if you are familiar with New Zealand business hours and can accommodate scheduling needs
