Digital Marketing Specialist

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for air-conditioning products and services. Manage the company’s Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, website, and other digital platforms. Create engaging content such as product posts, promotional materials, videos, reels, educational content, and advertisements. Produce content explaining air-conditioning products, features, applications, maintenance, energy efficiency, and proper usage. Generate and monitor online leads and customer inquiries. Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate qualified leads with the Sales Team. Plan and manage Facebook/Meta Ads and other digital advertising campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement, inquiries, leads, and conversions. Conduct basic market and competitor research within the air-conditioning/HVAC industry. Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Management teams to ensure accurate product information is used in marketing materials. Promote air-conditioning products, installation services, maintenance services, parts, and related products. Assist in creating promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and sales programs. Maintain consistent company branding across all digital platforms. Take and edit photos and videos of products, installations, projects, and company activities. Monitor online reviews, comments, messages, and customer feedback. Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports for management. Track which online campaigns generate inquiries and actual sales. Keep updated with current digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and HVAC market trends. Support other marketing activities and perform other related duties assigned by management.
