About the role
Duties and Responsibilities: Support the development of creative and visually engaging graphics for digital, marketing, educational, and branded content materials. Assist in translating creative briefs and content requirements into clear visual outputs aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives. Create and edit graphic assets including layouts, illustrations, social media creatives, presentation visuals, banners, icons, and other multimedia materials. Assist with design adaptations, resizing, formatting, and versioning of creative materials for various platforms and channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support content production and creative deliverables. Prepare initial design drafts, concepts, or mockups for review and refinement by senior creative team members. Incorporate feedback and revise creative outputs accurately and promptly while maintaining design quality and brand consistency. Assist in organizing and maintaining design files, templates, and creative assets. Support quality checking of visual materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and formatting requirements. Stay updated with current design trends, creative tools, and digital content best practices to continuously develop creative skills and capabilities. Support the creative team in managing multiple projects and meeting agreed timelines and deliverables. Skills Required: Minimum Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field. Experience: No prior professional experience required. Internship, freelance, academic project, or extracurricular design experience is an advantage. Basic understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, composition, and branding. Basic proficiency in graphic design software and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or equivalent platforms). Good digital perspective in visual communication and content design. Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and organized creative outputs aligned with design requirements and brand standards. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn, improve, and adapt within a creative environment. Good communication and collaboration skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, or evolving environment. Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous professional development. Interest in digital media, creative content, emerging design trends, and creative technologies. Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, social media content design, or AI-assisted creative tools is an advantage.
