About the role

The HR Generalist – Retail Operations is responsible for supporting day-to-day Human Resources functions for Retail Operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, HR administration, policy implementation, and compliance with labor regulations. The role partners closely with Retail Management to support business objectives, improve employee engagement, maintain compliance, and ensure efficient HR operations across store locations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Recruitment, onboarding, and hiring documentation for Retail Operations.2. Implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws.3. Provide HR guidance to store management and employees on workplace concerns and disciplinary matters.4. Administer in employee relations activities including investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.5. Coordinate training, orientation, and employee development programs particularly in Skechbook and Skechbook Pro.6. Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or multi-store operations. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems preferably Workday
