About the role
About TechStoneTechStone Architectural Coating Systems supplies and applies premium architectural coating systems for the Philippine market - Liquid Granite, Opus, Liquid Polish, Microcement, Mineral Sand Flooring and Lithica Stone. Our systems are specified by architects and designers on mid- to high-end residential, hospitality and commercial projects. We are based in Western Bicutan, Taguig. The role
You will sell our coating systems into live projects: opening doors with design firms, developers and contractors, getting our systems written into the specification at design stage, quoting, and carrying the enquiry through to award. This is technical, specification-led selling - not counter or retail sales.
What you will do
- Build and hold relationships with architects, interior designers, specifiers, developers and contractors
- Present the systems and finishes, arrange samples and mock-ups, and get Tech
- Stone specified at design stage
- Prepare and issue quotations, then follow them through to award
- Attend site visits and substrate assessments with the Operations team
- Keep the CRM current - pipeline, activity and quotation status
Report to the Sales Director
What we are looking forAt least 10 years' experience selling construction or architectural finishing products, or equivalent experience in practice with exposure to specification workA background in Architecture is preferred; a licensed Architect is an advantage
- An established network among architects, developers or contractors in Metro Manila
- Able to read drawings and take off areas
- Confident presenting to design teams and client principals
What we offer
- PHP 30,000 - 45,000 per month, depending on experience
- Commission as a percentage of gross sales, negotiable, paid semi-monthly on the 15th and month-end
- Transport and communication allowances
- Quarterly sales quota that accrues through the year, waived for your first three months
