About the role
About the Role: The IT Graduate (Assistant) is a generalist administrative role that will support the company's digital transformation, governance, and operational priorities. The position will contribute to the preparation of reports and dashboards, development of digital content, and application of AI and data analytics tools to enhance organizational processes. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Academic, project-based, or internship experience in IT, digital tools, or data analytics.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Interest in learning and applying AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, and data visualization.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to learn quickly.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in multicultural environments. Additional experience that would be advantageous:
- Experience with workflow automation or low-code/no-code development.
- Knowledge of resource management, procurement, or governance processes.
- Interest in digital transformation and innovative learning solutions.
