START ASAP | HR Operations Coordinator | Hybrid

Play a key part in creating a seamless employee experience. This role supports essential HR operations across onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance management, and organizational planning—helping employees get the support they need while keeping HR processes efficient, accurate, and well-coordinated.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. Respond to employee questions and requests related to HR programs and benefits. Coordinate with appropriate HR teams or contacts to resolve employee concerns promptly. Assist with onboarding and other employee lifecycle processes. Support the administration of benefits, compensation, and performance management programs. Maintain accurate employee information and HR documentation. Help implement and improve HR processes, procedures, and programs. Provide timely customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Identify issues, recommend solutions, and follow through on assigned actions. Support organizational initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of HR-related experience, including relevant internship experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Strategic and solution-oriented approach to workplace challenges. Adaptable and flexible in a growing organization. Strong customer service mindset and sense of urgency. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR teams and employees.
