• Accomplishes section’s objectives by assessing and monitoring the set quality standards of MSD (PRO, CSS, FCSS)
• Ensure that MSD personnel nationwide continuously apply the acquired pre-deployment training skills and able to deliver quality service in every customer interaction. Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct of quality evaluations PRO, CSS and FCSS nationwide.
• Ensures QA raw data are properly secured and maintained.
• Provides complete documentation of QA results to respective MSD Supervisors and Managers.
• Facilitates presentation of report and recommendations to MSD on bi-annual basis.
• Presents summary of reports to and for the immediate head; collect, organize, and analyze data used for further process improvements.
• Notifies immediate superior of quality/compliance trends and service failures.
• Performs special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned such as but not limited to revalida and call simulations.
