Qualifications
Bachelors Degree related to IT.Proven experience as a 4-5+ years of relevant experience Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role. Banking or financial services industry experience is a plus. Experience managing IT projects and cross-functional teams. Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Good problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
