JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in English is preferred (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
• Experience in teaching online ESL is an advantage
• Proficient in English (IELTS, TESOL, TEFL or any ESL cert. is an asset)
• Good in pronunciation without a noticeable accentLaptop/desktop (at least i3) and headset (noise-canceling preferred)
• Stable Wired internet connection (LAN)
• Willing to undergo comprehensive training
• Responsible, able to teach in a patient and careful manner
• Noise-free environment/home office
• Computer-literate
• Working hours requirement: 48 hours a week (Regular Season)
• Full Time: flexible opening of schedule between 8am-11pm and required to open 3hrs between 6pm-11pm
• Part Time: open 4hrs minimum schedule during Peak Hours of 5pm-11pm

• Competitive hourly rate of Php 120-205/hour (Video class using Voov) depending on the result of accent screening
