Bookkeeping and Accounting Specialists (WFH)

Our client is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join their growing team. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated team player who can think on their feet, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process and send invoices to customers daily
• Resolve price discrepancies and upload related documentation (PODs, backups)
• Enter invoicing/data into customer portals
• Communicate with other departments to ensure accuracy
• Handle customer inquiries on invoices and meet month-end deadlines
• Follow up on payments and conduct soft collections

About you

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent2+ years of related general accounting experience
• General ledger experience required for this accounting position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Intermediate level Excel proficiency with functions and data analysis capabilities required
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and punctuality
• Problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Must be available to work EST 9am-5pm schedule to align with North American business hours
