Content Writer | Taguig

As a Technical Content Writer, you will transform complex processes, technical concepts, and business knowledge into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content. You will work with global clients and cross-functional teams to create content that improves customer and employee experiences, while collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and enhance knowledge base (KB) articles, technical documentation, and client-facing content
• Translate complex technical information and business processes into clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences
• Design content with logical instructional flow, learning objectives, and knowledge reinforcement techniques
• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), operations teams, and stakeholders to gather, validate, and organize information
• Ensure content adheres to AP Style guidelines and established editorial standards
• Review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, readability, and quality
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting timelines and quality expectations
• Incorporate stakeholder and client feedback to improve content effectiveness
• Participate in client meetings and confidently present content recommendations and insights

About you

At least 2 years of experience in content writing, technical writing, instructional design content, knowledge management, or similar roles

Proven experience creating Knowledge Base (KB) Articles, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Technical Documentation, and Process Guides and Reference Materials

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of AP Style and professional writing standards
• Ability to simplify technical concepts while maintaining accuracy and context
• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and information-validation skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders and engaging directly with clients
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig and on a US shift
