About the role
ServiceNow Web Developer
Work Setup: Remote
Location: APAC
Schedule: EST Work Schedule / Night Shift
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow products, particularly ITSM, CSM, and FSM. Experience with additional ServiceNow product lines is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide scripting.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration
Hub for system integrations.
- Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.
- Experience working within an Agile development environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
