Project Manager (Telecom - CWC)

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects in the Manila City Metro Manila area. The role requires strong project management expertise, adaptability and a commitment to excellence. What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
• Coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and implementing contingency plans as needed
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to senior management
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Mentoring and leading a team of construction professionals to drive project success

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience as a project manager in telecom construction. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and implement detailed project plans
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
