Company Nurse (URGENT HIRING)

Job Description: Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses of employees in an efficient and professional manner. Manage, guide and direct all referrals to healthcare providers and services. Schedule employees for Pre-Employment Medical Examination, Annual Physical Exam and the executives for their Annual Executive check-up. Assess healthcare needs, implement and manage health programs to improve health and facilitate return to work, maintain records and employees' medical files. Check and validate sickness and maternity notifications and endorse them to SSS for confirmation. Compute and finalize SSS sickness and maternity payment and ensure correctness of the data. Process employees' HMO and Insurance and assist them on their claims and related concerns

• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications: Registered Nurse
• With at least 2 years of experience
• Certification for OSH for Nurses and First Aid will be an advantage
• Patient management, Occupational health, and safety
• Good communication skills, patient handling, first aid
• Able to handle different types of people across the organization, able to handle emergencies and sensitive information
