Project Manager

Nephro Specialist of Mactan Inc. (Mandaue Branch) is expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Project Manager to lead our strategic initiatives. You will serve as the central hub connecting stakeholders, team members, and leadership to drive projects from planning through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans, define scopes, develop work breakdown structures, and align project milestones with long-term business objectives
• Assemble skilled teams, delegate roles, streamline multi-department communication, and foster high team performance
• Track costs, manage resource allocation, prevent budget overruns, and implement creative financial solutions
• Conduct regular risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and adapt quickly to unexpected challenges
• Bridge the gap between executives, vendors, and team members by providing consistent status updates and facilitating decision-making
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, enforce quality control standards, and generate detailed status and post-project analyses

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, operations, administration, or a related role
• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid)
• Expertise in tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
• Strong data analysis and budgeting capabilities
• Exceptional communication, high emotional intelligence, adaptability, conflict resolution, and stakeholder negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a strong advantage
• Background in healthcare, construction, facility operations, business expansion, or handling facility developments/renovations is an advantage
