HR Representative (Project Based)

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and data-minded professional to join our team as an HR Representative (Project Based). In this unique dual-impact role, you will serve as both the Voice and the Analyst of Allegro (Factory Group). You will have the opportunity to directly shape our employee experience, drive engagement campaigns, facilitate key feedback forums, and build data-driven HR dashboards that influence strategic business decisions. Key responsibilities

• Support HR representatives with disciplinary actions and employee relations matters
• Aid in executing performance management systems and key rewards and recognition programs
• Oversee and update the HR Intranet (Sharepoint), AMPI HR Notifications, email channels, bulletin boards, TV monitors, and electronic newsletters
• Write engaging internal articles, leadership messages, and targeted organizational campaigns

Organize and facilitate quarterly townhall meetings and structured focus group discussions such as Kamustahan and the New Employee Integration Program (NEIP)Partner with HR teams to boost employee engagement, wellness, and our collaborative company culture

• Lead communication logistics for townhalls, employee activities, and company-wide events
• Assist HR representatives with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community engagement activities
• Create visual dashboards to present key HR metrics such as attrition, performance, and engagement trends
• Ensure strict data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with local labor regulations

About you

• Graduate of any four-year bachelor's degree program
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as HR Representative or HR Generalist in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry
• Proven proficiency with media platforms (Intranet/Sharepoint) and graphic design tools like Canva

Strong intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar systems

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal savvy to connect with employees at all levels
