IT Program Developer and Technical Support Specialist

Main Responsibility / Purpose of the Position: The IT Program Developer and Technical Support Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting IT applications, systems, and infrastructure. The position provides technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networks, servers, and business applications. The role also assists in system administration, database management, user access management, backups, and security maintenance. It develops automation, reports, and system integrations while helping ensure reliable and efficient IT operations. Job Qualifications: Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Programming, or any related course. Vocational/Associate/College Level may be considered. At least 1 year of experience in program development, data analysis, and/or IT support. Knowledge of programming, software installation, hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, and database management. Familiarity with printers, peripherals, IT inventory, and system support. Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and willing to perform fieldwork and technical tasks. Willing to work flexible hours when required for IT support or emergencies.
