SALES OFFICER

A Sales Officer role focused on identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting company products or services to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Present and promote company products or services to clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers when appropriate
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospective accounts
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or relevant sales tools
• Willing to travel or conduct field visits when required
