About the role
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Nurse to provide basic healthcare services to employees, promote workplace health and safety, and support overall employee well-being. The role involves administering first aid, managing health records, and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid treatment and immediate care for work-related injuries and illnesses
- Monitor and record employees’ medical conditions and maintain confidential health records
- Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs
- Conduct health assessments, vital signs monitoring, and pre-employment medical coordination
- Administer prescribed medications and assist in emergency situations
- Coordinate with partner clinics/hospitals for employee medical needs
- Facilitate health education programs (e.g., wellness, disease prevention, ergonomics)
- Monitor inventory of medical supplies and ensure clinic readiness
- Prepare and submit health-related reports to management and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations on workplace health
Qualifications
- With at least 3 years Occupational Health Nurse or Company Nurse Experience
- With valid PRC license
- With BOSH - must be from OHNAP or UP
