Project in Charge

The Project In-Charge is responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, and management of construction activities at the assigned project site, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications,

schedule

s, quality and safety standards, and company policies. The position leads the site team and coordinates manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other resources to achieve project objectives on quality, cost, productivity, and timely completion.

• Plan and organize site operations
• Monitor progress and accomplishments
• Resolve technical and operational concerns
• Maintain proper documentation and reports
• Coordinate with management, clients, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Oversee quality, safety, and cost control
• Manage punch-listing, close-out, and turnover
• Exercise sound judgment and maintain operational discipline
• Uphold professionalism and the Company Code of Discipline
