Tech Corporation is looking for motivated and passionate OJT / Internship students who want to gain hands-on experience in Software Development and Quality Assurance (QA). This is an opportunity to work with our development team on actual software projects, including web applications, AI-powered systems, APIs, and other technology solutions. Available OJT Roles1. QA Tester / QA Intern

Responsibilities: Perform functional and regression testing of web applications and software systems. Create and execute test cases and test scenarios. Identify, document, and report bugs and issues clearly. Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing. Test user interfaces, forms, workflows, and system functionality. Assist developers in reproducing and investigating reported issues. Maintain QA documentation and testing checklists. Participate in product reviews and software quality discussions. Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of software testing and QA concepts. Attention to detail and ability to identify unexpected behavior. Basic knowledge of web applications. Good documentation and communication skills. Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Notion, Jira, or similar tools is a plus. Basic knowledge of API testing or browser developer tools is a plus.2. Software Developer / Developer Intern

Responsibilities: Assist in developing and maintaining web applications. Implement frontend and backend features under the guidance of senior developers. Fix bugs and troubleshoot application issues. Participate in code reviews and Git/GitHub workflows. Assist with API integration and database-related tasks. Write clean, maintainable, and well-organized code. Perform basic testing and debugging of developed features. Document technical implementations when necessary. Learn and work with modern software development tools and AI-assisted development technologies. Preferred Skills: Basic programming knowledge. Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Python, or similar technologies is a plus. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web development. Familiarity with Git and GitHub is a plus. Basic understanding of APIs and databases is an advantage. Willingness to learn new technologies and development practices. Experience with school projects or personal projects is highly encouraged. General Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a college/university program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Required to complete an OJT/Internship program. Willing to learn and work in a professional software development environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Responsible, proactive, and willing to take initiative. Able to follow instructions while also being comfortable asking questions when clarification is needed. What You Will Learn
