HR Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Associate to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, benefits administration, employee engagement, and other HR-related activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and process employee onboarding and offboarding requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR files, and personnel documentation.
  • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration by providing accurate and timely employee information.
  • Monitor attendance, leave applications, and other employee records as needed.
  • Assist in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and HR programs.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in human resources or a related administrative role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and basic labor practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Willingness to learn and take on multiple HR responsibilities.
