Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and client requirements. The role leads and coordinates multidisciplinary project teams across Civil/Structural, Architectural, and MEPFS disciplines, while working closely with Cost Management, Procurement, PMO, and other support functions.

Key responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across Civil/Structural, Architectural, and MEPFS disciplines, ensuring clear roles, priorities, and accountability

• Manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and recovery plans to support timely project completion
• Oversee quality assurance, testing and commissioning, punchlist closure, and project handover/turnover readiness

Serve as the primary point of coordination for clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, facilitating timely decisions and resolution of project concerns

• Manage project risks, issues, and escalations, implementing appropriate mitigation and corrective actions
• Coordinate with QS/Cost Management and Procurement on cost control, variations, contract compliance, procurement

• Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies, systems, digital tools, and reporting standards
• Support team capability development through coaching, lessons learned, and adoption of project management best practices

Job

Qualifications

Minimum 7–10 years project/site experience, with at least 3 years leading multi-discipline construction delivery teams. PRC license preferred (Engineer/Architect); PMP/CAPM or equivalent is an advantage. Open to a project-based employment arrangement.
