Enterprise Application Junior Developer

PURPOSE:The Junior Enterprise Application Developer is responsible for supporting the design, development, integration, and maintenance of enterprise web and mobile business applications. The role focuses on backend development, database management, system integration, and functional support aligned with business processes. The position also serves as a bridge between technical and functional requirements by assisting in requirement analysis, translating business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring enterprise applications support operational efficiency and business objectives.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:A. System Design and Backend Development

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise web and mobile business applications using .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, and Web API.Develop and maintain backend services, business logic, and RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications. Assist in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures aligned with enterprise standards. Implement and maintain database schemas, stored procedures, views, and functions using MS SQL Server. Optimize SQL queries and backend processes to ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability. Ensure adherence to coding standards, system architecture guidelines, and development best practices.B. Functional Development and Business Process Automation

Support the development and implementation of business workflows, automation, and system enhancements. Customize enterprise applications, including Ivanti ITSM, to support organizational service management processes

Assist in configuring modules, business rules, workflows, and automation to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business processes and objectives.C. Enterprise System Integration Development

Assist in integrating enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Ivanti ITSM, and internal business applications. Support the development and maintenance of APIs, middleware, and integration services for seamless system communication. Assist in implementing data exchange mechanisms, including REST APIs, web services, and

d integration processes. Support data synchronization and ensure data integrity and consistency across enterprise platforms. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues.D. Mobile Application Development and Support

Assist in the development and support of mobile and mobile-responsive enterprise applications using frameworks such as Xamarin, .NET MAUI, or React Native. Support integration between mobile applications and backend enterprise systems through APIs. Assist in optimizing mobile applications for performance, responsiveness, and usability. Support implementation of offline functionality, synchronization, and secure mobile data handling. Participate in mobile application testing, deployment, and maintenance. E. Technical Support and Issue Resolution Provide technical and functional support for enterprise applications, including Ivanti ITSM and internally developed systems. Assist in troubleshooting application, database, integration, and system performance issues. Collaborate with IT teams, functional teams, and stakeholders to identify root causes and implement solutions. Support incident resolution, system monitoring, and application stability initiatives.F. System Enhancement, Maintenance, and Deployment Support

Assist in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing enterprise applications to improve performance and usability. Support system deployment, release management, and version control processes. Assist in implementing software updates, patches, and enhancements. Participate in system testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities. Ensure applications remain secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards.G. Documentation, Compliance, and Governance

Ensure compliance with enterprise IT standards, development policies, and security requirements. Follow secure coding practices and data protection policies. Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements when applicable.H. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

Collaborate with developers, system analysts, ERP teams, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions. Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and development activities. Continuously improve technical and functional knowledge of enterprise systems, ERP integrations, and modern development technologies. Support digital transformation initiatives and enterprise automation efforts.QUALIFICATIONS:A. Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.B. Minimum Experience/Training
• Some experience (0-2 years) in software development, with knowledge of .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
• Basic understanding of database design and development using MS SQL, including stored procedures and triggers.
• Familiarity with requirement gathering analysis, documentation, and validation processes.
• Understanding of quality assurance principles, including test planning and defect management.
• Experience in developing responsive web applications and mobile applications using modern frameworks is a plus.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
