A hands-on senior engineer who architects, builds and runs cloud-native solutions across the full stack. This person is comfortable moving between a React front end, a .NET service layer, the data store beneath it and the platform tooling around it, and is expected to set the technical direction other engineers follow. A broad full-stack engineer who ships features end to end and is already working with AI in production code. This is a delivery role for someone early in their career but demonstrably fast-moving: comfortable in the cloud, disciplined about CI/CD and identity, and willing to write the documentation that lets others take over the work. These opportunities are ideal for candidates who are comfortable working across front-end, back-end, cloud, databases, CI/CD, identity, platform tooling, and technical documentation. Depending on experience level, the role may involve setting technical direction, leading solution architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, or delivering full-stack features end to end. You will work with technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, React, Microsoft Azure, SQL databases, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, Microsoft Entra ID, cloud-native architecture, AI engineering, LLM integration, prompt design, retrieval, GitHub Copilot, and secure development practices. We are interested in candidates with experience in any of the following areas: principal or lead software engineering, full-stack development, cloud engineering, AI-enabled application development, solutions architecture, CI/CD automation, developer platform engineering, CMS architecture and migration, and technical documentation.
