Maintain and update client contact lists and associated security codes. Portal Assistance

Provide walkthrough assistance to clients on using the security system portal. Help clients navigate the portal to manage their accounts and settings. Client Support

Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. Assist clients in troubleshooting basic issues with their security systems. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all arming/disarming activities and account updates. Generate regular reports on tasks completed and any issues encountered. Qualifications: Previous experience in security system management or a related field is preferred. Experience with customer support or technical assistance is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with security systems and portals.
