Full job description

UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
• Ensure designs are consistent with branding and accessibility standards.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and visual design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a good eye for visual design.
• Experience in multimedia design, graphic design, or animation is an advantage.
• Pay: Php22,403.61 - Php72,291.33 per month
• Work Location: In person
