Role Summary

The GPM for Core Services manages the product managers responsible for our foundational platform capabilities: trading, custody, wallet, identity, and internal tooling. While individual product managers within your group focus on feature-level roadmaps and day-to-day execution, your mandate is to define the overarching vision and long-term strategic direction. Required Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, orequivalent practical experience.7+ years in product management, with real ownership of a product line in fintech,crypto/trading, or another regulated space. Knowledge of Product Management techniques, such as Problem Discovery, Road

Mapping, User Story writing, Prioritizing, and Data Analysis and Funnel Optimization. Has managed product managers before, not just individual contributors, and can hire and coach a team. Has set the direction for a platform or shared-services roadmap

Strong understanding of business models, unit economics, and revenue streams, especially within fintech/crypto or trading products. Leadership and People Management Skills. Confident in verbal and written communication; able to present complex ideas in a clear and structured way. Shows empathy for user problems and can balance user needs with business and regulatory constraints. Experienced in Agile Development Process and familiar with Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Familiarity with Cryptocurrency, Web3, and Trad

Fi ecosystems and trends; keeps up-to-date with market developments and regulatory changes. Good to Have

Experience managing enterprise or regulated partners, and exposure to regulatory/compliance processes. Strong familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, and traditional-finance ecosystems. Strong familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, bonds/RWA, and traditional-finance ecosystems.
