IT Security Manager (Cloud Security | Permanent WFH)

We are seeking an experienced and certified IT Security Manager to lead iCXeed's security strategy and enforce enterprise-wide security practices. This role is critical in strengthening our organization's security posture, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving cloud infrastructure excellence across the company. Responsibilities: Security & Infrastructure  Design, implement, and maintain security architecture, policies, and best practices across the organization.  Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP acceptable) including VPCs, firewalls, IAM policies, encryption, and network segmentation.  Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing of cloud infrastructure.  Develop and enforce cloud security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry frameworks. Monitor cloud environments for security threats, anomalies, and unauthorized access using SIEM tools and cloud-native security services.  Lead incident response efforts for cloud-related security events, including investigation, containment, and remediation.  Manage MDI firewall, information security, and endpoint protection tools across the organization.  Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (Philippine Data Privacy Act, GDPR where applicable).  Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and zero-trust security models.  Oversee cloud cost optimization while maintaining security standards.  Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT security matters across the organization. Communicate security risks and strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership. Coordinate with clients, external vendors, auditors, and regulatory bodies on security compliance. Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Finance) to embed security into business processes. Support business development through client security audits, RFP responses, and due diligence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.  Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.  Proven hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).  Must be cloud networking certified (preferably AWS but can consider Azure or GCP).  Strong stakeholder management skills.  Excellent communication skills – ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.  Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing organization.  Experience in a BPO, outsourcing, or managed services environment is a strong advantage.
