Concentrix Philippines is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our Account team at our Santa Rosa City Laguna location. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary of 23,000 PHP. In this role, you will be the vital link between our healthcare clients and their customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries with professionalism and care. You will be working in a fast-paced call centre environment where your communication skills and customer-focused approach will directly impact client satisfaction and business success.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing healthcare-related inquiries and concerns
• Provide accurate information about healthcare services, products, and procedures to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently whilst maintaining a positive attitude
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's system, ensuring detailed records for quality assurance purposes
• Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary
• Maintain call quality standards and achieve performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and attendance

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with clear articulation and professional phone etiquette
• Strong customer service background with proven ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Computer literacy with proficiency in using various software systems and multi-line phone systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to think critically and provide solutions to customer issues
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to maintaining consistent attendance
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shift work when required
• Prior experience in healthcare, customer support, or call centre environments is highly desirable
• Patience, empathy, and genuine interest in helping others
