URGENT! Company Nurse

The Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of employees in the workplace. The role involves providing on-site clinical care, promoting occupational health programs, preventing work-related injuries and illnesses, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government health regulations.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and record employee vital signs and health status. Provide immediate medical care and first aid for work-related injuries and illnesses. Administer over-the-counter medications as appropriate. Assess medical conditions and facilitate referrals to hospitals or specialists when necessary. Ensure stabilization of patients during on-site emergencies prior to transfer. Maintain readiness of emergency medical equipment and supplies. Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee medical records. Manage clinic inventory, including medicines and medical supplies. Track and report workplace illnesses and injuries. Ensure timely submission of government-mandated reports, including WAIR, AEIDR, and AMR.
