Java Software Developer (Full-Stack)

We are seeking a highly motivated Full-Stack Software Developer to join our team and support the retail solutions portfolio for TGCS. Core Responsibilities:API Development, Integration and Security Implementation

• Design and develop backend logic, RESTful APIs, or GraphQL endpoints.
• Implement business logic, data processing, and security mechanisms.
• Handle authentication, authorization, and access control. (JWT, OAuth2)
• Prevent vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection)

Server & Application Architecture

• Design scalable backend architectures (e.g., microservices, monoliths, event-driven).
• Implement caching, load balancing, and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Ensure code follows SOLID principles and best design patterns. Database Design and Management
• Design and optimize relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and ORM integrations.
• Ensure data consistency, integrity, and performance tuning. Performance Optimization
• Monitor and improve server performance and application responsiveness.
• Implement caching, load balancing, and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka). Use profiling tools and implement asynchronous programming where needed. Required Skills: Full-stack development1. SQLWork Arrangement: Under normal circumstances, you will be expected to work either at our office or on a customer site 3 times a week, with the flexibility to work from home twice a week. However, depending on the project phase, you may be required to: Work on-site at the customer’s project location for the entire week. Work outside of standard office hours based on project needs.
