KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ILT-to-Digital Conversion

• Review existing instructor-led training materials and identify the most effective structure for self-paced or blended learning.
• Convert presentation-based and facilitator-led content into engaging digital modules while preserving learningobjectives and essential business context.
• Redesign content for digital delivery using appropriate interactions, scenarios, knowledge checks,demonstrations and learner practice.
• Ensure converted modules are concise, logically sequenced, easy to navigate and suitable for the intended audience. Learning Design & Development
• Apply instructional design fundamentals and adult learning principles throughout analysis, design, development and review.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, screen content, knowledge checks, job aids and supporting learner resources.
• Create learning content using Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise, based on the needs of each module.
• Use Synthesia to support the development of professional, accessible and consistent learning videos.
• Use Microsoft 365 tools to create, review, organize and collaborate on learning content and project documentation. Curriculum Support
• Maintain consistency across modules in visual approach, tone, terminology, learning flow and assessment design.
• Update learning assets based on stakeholder feedback, process changes and learner insights. Stakeholder Collaboration & Quality
• Partner with learning leads, subject matter experts and business stakeholders to confirm scope, audience, objectives and key messages.
• Facilitate structured content reviews and incorporate feedback accurately and efficiently.
• Complete quality checks for content accuracy, functionality, grammar, accessibility, branding and learner experience.
• Manage assigned deliverables, review cycles and timelines while communicating progress and risks clearly.
• Work effectively in a fully remote environment and maintain availability aligned with EMEA business hours.  QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Communications, Multimedia or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Practical knowledge of instructional design fundamentals and adult learning principles.
• Experience developing digital learning, e-learning or blended learning content.
• Hands-on proficiency with Articulate 360, particularly Storyline and Rise.
• Experience using Synthesia or a comparable AI video creation platform.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint and Excel.
• Ability to simplify complex information and organize content into clear learning journeys.
• Strong writing, visual communication, attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple deliverables and collaborate across time zones.
• Availability to work EMEA working hours
