Key Responsibilities: Edit full-length video podcast episodes in Riverside and Descript

• Review and fix captions and transcripts for accuracy, including technical industry terminology
• Produce short-form clips and highlights from each episode for social media
• Design episode thumbnails with existing tools and brand templates
• Write and post episode show

• s in Buzzsprout, following the provided guidelines and AI-assisted workflows
• Schedule and publish weekly posts across social media channels in Publer
• Create and maintain consistent visual templates (colors, formats, layouts) so every episode and clip looks cohesive
• Deliver all episode assets on time each week, ahead of agreed deadlines
• Recommend creative improvements to clips, formats, and presentation to widen reach and engagement
• Mandatory Skills: Demonstrated experience editing long-form video podcasts or interview-style video content
• Direct experience producing short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram, or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Descript and/or Riverside (or strong experience with comparable editing tools)
• Excellent written English with a high degree of accuracy in captions, transcripts, and show

• sAbility to create content in a professional, polished style suited to a business audience
• Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Publer, Buffer, or similar
• Focused, dependable, and capable of working independently
• Strong communication skills and the ability to hit weekly deadlines consistently
• Preferred Skills: Experience with Buzzsprout or other podcast hosting platforms
• Familiarity with British English spelling and terminology
• Experience with content in property, construction, surveying, or other professional services industries
• Basic knowledge of SEO or digital marketing for podcast and video content
• Thumbnail and graphic design experience in Canva or similar tools
• Experience creating brand templates and visual guidelines for content
• Comfortable using AI tools to support content workflows
