Project Manager (Mechanical / Electrical)

The Project Manager will be highly responsible for defining and realizing the project direction, its business and technical objectives, goals, strategies in response to the external requirements (i.e. clients, government institutions and the like) and internal requirements (i.e. project resources and situation)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directs the activities of the Project to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in the management of construction projects including construction change orders, warranty and the like.
• Over-all administration of Project Management and Construction activities and resources. Directs through its subordinates, the planning, scheduling, coordination and monitoring of various construction activities and resources including quality, environmental, safety and health issues.
• Monitors project cost/s for financial planning, and provide guidance for preparation of project budget and the allocation of available resources.
• Conducts management studies pertaining to the development of new programs, operations or work methods; monitors and evaluates objectives and program procedures.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure delivery of quality work.
• Performs other related work as required.

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS

• Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of project management and construction.
• Thorough knowledge of all government and local regulatory requirements applicable to project management and construction.
• Considerable knowledge of the funding processes related to budgeting, cost accounting, financial planning and management.
• Considerable knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures of supervision, organization and administration.
• Ability to plan, implement, and coordinate technical and administrative activities.
• Ability to express ideas effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the general public, co-workers, elected and appointed officials and members of diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Highly analytical and with good planning skills.
• Computer literate.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
