ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Teacher Sourcing Specialist to join the first Philippine branch of an established Australian education recruitment agency. You will work directly with our Australian recruitment team to source, engage, screen, and shortlist qualified teachers for schools across Australia. This is a ground-floor opportunity where you will be part of the founding Philippine sourcing team, with the opportunity to grow alongside the business and work closely with experienced Australian recruitment consultants.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Source and headhunt qualified teachers using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, candidate databases, job boards, and social media
• Conduct targeted searches and proactive candidate outreach to build strong teacher talent pipelines
• Source across Primary, Middle, Secondary, and Special Needs education
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, teacher registration, work rights, availability, year levels, and subject specializations
• Engage candidates and guide them through the registration, digital interview, and reference-check process
• Prepare concise candidate profiles and shortlists for Australian recruitment consultants
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future school vacancies
• Explore new sourcing channels including teacher communities, social media groups, referrals, universities, training providers, and other talent networks
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the database/ATSWork toward weekly sourcing, screening, and shortlist targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR3+ years of recruitment, talent sourcing, resourcing, or talent acquisition experience WITHIN EDUCATION SECTOR3+ years of hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter experience is REQUIRED2+ years of experience using SEEK / SEEK Talent Search

Experience recruiting for Australia, UK, or US markets is an advantage

Experience with Job

• Adder, Recruit Wizard, Bullhorn, or similar ATS/recruitment systems is a plus
