About the role
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead end to end recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, payroll, timekeeping, leave and government mandated contributions.
- Represents the company in labor disputes and employee relations matter, including conciliation, mediation and Single Entry Approach (SENA) proceedings before the National Labor Commission (NLRC).
- Prepare and review Notice to Explain (NTE), counseling notices, warning notices, suspension memos, and Notices of Decision.
- Develop, implement and update HR policies, procedures and employee handbook.
- Oversee performance management programs, employee development plans, training and succession planning.
- Drive employees engagement, wellness, recognition and retention programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Partner with senior leadership on organizational development, workforce planning and people strategy initiatives.
- Supervise and manage administrative and support functions, including Admin Officer, Housekeeping and Caretakers.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring workplace efficiency, cleanliness, safety and readiness of facilities.
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, complaints, and workplace issues.
- Conduct or oversee investigations involving employee violations and incidents.
- Prepare and present HR reports covering manpower, attendance, turnover, recruitment, disciplinary cases, employee relations, and other HR metrics.
- Ensure disciplinary actions are implemented fairly and consistently in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation of employee disciplinary records.
- Monitors 3rd and 5th month evaluation of all employees.
- Monitors, assess and documents of all employee transfers and promotions.
- Identify training and development needs in coordination with department heads.
- Coordinate employee orientations, mandatory training, and skills development programs.
- Monitor training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Implement and monitor employee performance evaluation processes.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding performance concerns and improvement plans.
- Assist managers and supervisors in addressing performance-related issues.
