About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Admin to join our Human Resources team at WRN Health Incorporated in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial operational role in supporting the effective delivery of HR services across the organization. As HR Admin, you will be responsible for managing administrative functions that ensure the smooth operation of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee records management and compliance. This role is essential in supporting both our HR team and employees, contributing directly to our organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
- Processing and maintaining employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and documentation in compliance with organizational and legal requirements
- Coordinating recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and liaising with candidates and hiring managers
- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of welcome materials, orientation scheduling, and systems access setup
- Managing HR databases and information systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Assisting with the administration of employee benefits, payroll support, and leave management processes
- Responding to HR-related enquiries from employees and providing administrative support to resolve routine HR matters
- Preparing HR reports, correspondence, and documentation as required
- Supporting compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Scheduling meetings, coordinating training sessions, and managing HR-related events and activities
- Assisting with general administrative duties to support the overall HR function
What we're looking for
- Graduate of Human Resource
- Proven experience in an HR administrative or similar administrative support role, ideally within a healthcare or corporate environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HR management systems or databases
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment legislation, and data protection principles
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in recruitment coordination or employee onboarding is advantageous
