Job Purpose

Work closely with customers to identify, analyze, validate, and document business processes and functional requirements. Oversee proper implementation by providing functional specifications and acceptance criteria. Act as a liaison between customer business users and the project development and testing team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create frontend solutions aligned with UI/UX specifications.
• Collaborate with product owners and UX designers to implement HTML components and precise CSS (advantageous skill).
• Build user journeys using internal digital toolsets (low-code development tools).
• Integrate front-end components with backend APIs through Sapiens digital toolset (low-code integration with APIs).
• Develop complex, highly available, distributed, cloud-based user journeys (web pages) while ensuring quality, reliability, and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development/testing teams to ensure alignment and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience in frontend development, business analysis, or system implementation.
• Graphic design and UX experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine General Insurance, including an understanding of different product classes and contract types.
• Familiarity with divisional roles and responsibilities within a typical insurance company.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
• Contract length: 18 months
• Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
