Apply now and discover the Satellite Office Candidate Experience – recognized as one of BEST among BPO companies worldwide.WHAT IS A CUSTOMER SUPPORT & RESERVATIONS ASSOCIATE?Our awesome client, a leading Australian-owned travel and tourism company focused on nature-based experiences, is looking for a Customer Support & Reservations Associate to be part of their growing team. In this role, you will play a central part in delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. As the primary point of contact, you will manage guest inquiries, support bookings, and ensure each interaction reflects a high standard of service. You will be responsible for managing reservations from inquiry through to confirmation, assisting guests with their Tiny House stays, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure properties are ready and guest needs are met.WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?Oversee guest bookings and assist customers in planning their Tiny House stays

  • Respond to guest inquiries across multiple channels, including the website, email, social media, and customer contact line
  • Manage reservations end-to-end, from initial inquiry through booking confirmation and post-booking support
  • Identify and maximize upselling opportunities while ensuring recommendations are relevant to guest needs
  • Activate and manage promotions as required
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and helpful resolutions
  • Address guest concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and with a customer-first approach
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and housekeeping, to ensure properties are prepared for incoming guests
  • Liaise with external partners and tradespeople to coordinate property maintenance and resolve operational issues
  • Follow up on outstanding guest or property-related matters to ensure timely resolution
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to a consistently high-quality guest experience

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for a service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in travel, hospitality, or eco-tourism. At least 5 years of experience in customer service

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and proactively improve processes
  • Previous experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, reservations, or eco-tourism is highly advantageous
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners
  • Composed and professional under pressure, with the ability to manage challenging customer situations effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of customer issues through to resolution
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries, bookings, and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing reservations and guest information
  • Ability to work independently when required while also collaborating effectively with a team
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach to work
  • Genuine interest in travel, hospitality, nature-based experiences, or eco-tourism
