Anime News Network (ANN) is seeking a meticulous, passionate Encyclopedia Editor & Data Entry Specialist to help maintain the internet's most trusted and comprehensive anime database. If you have an eagle eye for detail and a deep love for the medium, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Database Curation: Research, catalog, and input accurate, up-to-date information regarding new and upcoming anime releases. Community Moderation: Review, verify, and approve User-Generated Content (UGC) submissions to ensure our encyclopedia remains the gold standard of accuracy. Fact-Checking: Cross-reference community submissions with official studio announcements, industry databases, and reliable sources to eliminate misinformation.
Requirements
