HR Officer

We’re looking for an HR Officer who enjoys working closely with people on the plant floor. In this role, you’ll help employees understand workplace policies, support fair and well-documented employee relations processes, and keep performance and benefits activities running smoothly.

What you’ll do

Support the consistent implementation of company policies and workplace procedures. Consolidate semiannual performance evaluations and prepare reports for management. Prepare notices to explain and other documentation for employee relations cases. Help address employee concerns and grievances, including coordinating discussions and documenting outcomes. Provide employees and supervisors with guidance on work concerns and performance improvement. Assist with benefits administration for plant employees, including health insurance and leave. Help organize employee engagement activities and company events.

What we’re looking for

A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience as an HR Officer in a manufacturing environment. Experience across multiple HR functions, particularly employee relations and performance management. Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the judgment to handle sensitive matters fairly and confidentially. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 is an advantage.
