Marketing Coordinator – Digital & Terminal Promotions

Join our bus transport company as a Marketing Coordinator handling both our online presence and on-the-ground promotional efforts across our terminals and routes. This is a hands-on position for someone who can create content, manage local ad campaigns, and think practically about growing ridership on specific trips and routes. Key responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day management of our Facebook/Instagram accounts, including scheduling posts and sharing route updates
• Plan and run targeted paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager) focused on communities along our routes
• Produce simple graphics, photos, and short videos (Canva or similar tools)
• Monitor and respond to customer messages, comments, and online reviews
• Develop promotional collateral (posters, tarpaulins, flyers) targeting specific routes or trips that need a ridership boost
• Coordinate directly with terminal staff on signage placement and on-site promotional activities
• Track inquiries and engagement by route/trip and summarize findings for management
• Establish relationships with nearby schools, businesses, and organizations for cross-promotion opportunities
• About you1–3 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a customer-facing or community-based setting
• Practical experience with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
• Able to produce basic visual content independently (Canva-level skill is sufficient)
• Strong written communication for both customer-facing responses and promotional copy
• Open to occasional terminal visits and field-based coordination work
