Field Sales Trainer

The Field Trainer drives consistent retail execution and higher sales conversion across Karofi kiosks and stores through hands-on coaching, skills reinforcement, and engaging field-based training. The role ensures training is applied on the selling floor and translated into measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular in-store and kiosk-based coaching for Promoters, Team Leaders, and Multi-Store Managers
• Observe live selling (CIF → Demo → Closing → SO) and provide real-time, actionable feedback
• Facilitate clear, engaging product and sales trainings, refreshers, and onboarding sessions
• Present Karofi product technology, filtration benefits, and selling scripts with confidence and clarity
• Reinforce standard sales flow, demo discipline, and customer engagement standards
• Adapt communication style for different field audiences and performance levels
• Identify selling and behavior gaps; develop and monitor individual improvement action plans
• Ensure compliance with Karofi brand standards, scripts, and store execution guidelines
• Submit coaching reports, attendance sheets, and observation scorecards on time
• Share field insights to continuously improve training content, tools, and programs

About you

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field (preferred)2–5 years experience in sales training, field coaching, or frontline sales leadership

• Background in retail, kiosk, or direct selling environments
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Confident in product demonstration and objection handling
• Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field
