Social Media Specialist

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts.
• Create and schedule engaging social media content.
• Write captions, posts, and other social media copy.
• Create and coordinate photos, videos, graphics, and other content.
• Monitor social media comments, messages, and engagement.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Assist in developing social media campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely content.
• Perform other marketing and social media tasks as assigned.JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools.
• Creative and updated with social media trends.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
