DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• A. PROJECT PRE-EVALUATIONPre-inspection of on-site review of the space
• Ensure that store board is installed
• B. DESIGN AND STORE DETAILSWork together with BOH PM in the alignment of designs and requirement of all departments for the full store rendering
• To handle the turnover of the Leased Premises by the mall admin together with the Head of Retail

C. TENDERING AND AWARDINGConfirm on-site Project Management with the Contractor and will have a direct line of communication with Contractor’s PM relating to the management and progress of the store construction. Discuss expectations and timeline with the Contractor.D. PRE-CONSTRUCTIONEnsure that Building Permit is ready before the commencement of the construction. Ensure that all pre-construction requirement by the mall admin is complied by the Project Coordinator.E. CONSTRUCTIONTo facilitate initial on-site inspection before turnover of the site to Contractor and commencement of the construction. To conduct 2nd and 3rd on-site inspection during construction period. Ensure that the Occupancy Permit is processed on time. Ensure that the inspection and testing requirement are performed and certificates to be provided on time.F. PERMITS AND LICENSESSubmission of testing & commissioning certificates directly to Mall Admin

G. RETAIL HANDOVERHandover of the space to operations
