Key Responsibilities: Support HSE systems administration, reporting, and general business support activities. Prepare recurring monthly HSE statistical reports, including client and group reporting requirements. Analyse HSE data for accuracy, identify errors and root causes, and troubleshoot reporting issues. Improve the accuracy and automation of HSE statistical reporting. Support tender and contract activities, including CRAW development, HSEMP documentation, tender submissions, and contract-level document updates. Maintain HSE databases, registers, trackers, document-control systems, and performance indicators. Support subcontractor reviews, bid register administration, and other HSE compliance activities. Contribute to process improvement, standardisation, and automation initiatives across the HSE function. What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree related in HSE or technical disciplines

At least 5 years of experience in HSE analysis, reporting, systems administration, or a similar HSE-related role. Strong experience with HSE data systems, ideally Cintellate or an equivalent platform. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyse large volumes of data. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capability with excellent attention to detail. Confident written and verbal English communication, with the ability to prepare concise HSE reports and work with stakeholders. Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, morning shift)
