About the role
We are looking for an HR Specialist – Recruitment who will be responsible for supporting the company’s recruitment activities, agency coordination, and various HR administrative functions. The role requires strong coordination, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across different departments.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Post job vacancies through Facebook, Indeed, JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other appropriate recruitment channels. Source and screen applicants from online job platforms, social media, LinkedIn, and applications received through the HRD email account. Schedule applicants for initial interviews, examinations, and completion of application forms. Discuss and provide qualified applicants with the required pre-employment documents. Prepare onboarding forms and documents for newly hired employees and ensure completeness of submitted pre-employment requirements. Prepare orientation handouts
Prepare 201 files and company IDs for newly hired probationary employees. Maintain, organize, and update employees’ 201 files and ensure proper filing and confidentiality of personnel records. Agency Management
Coordinate approved manpower requirements with accredited agency partners. Check and ensure the completeness and validity of agency requirements prior to deployment. Maintain and regularly update agency attendance monitoring records. Coordinate employee endorsements and deployment

Maintain, monitor, order, and issue office supplies required by different departments company-wide. Ensure the accuracy of office supply records by reconciling system records with actual physical inventory. Conduct quarterly physical inventory counts of office supplies and coordinate with the Audit Department for audit assistance and inventory reports. Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities and work assignments of one utility staff. Process weekly gas purchase orders and coordinate related requirements with concerned departments. Perform other HR and administrative duties as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. With relevant experience in recruitment and HR administration. Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Facebook, JobStreet, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records and documentation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to handle confidential employee information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Able to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.
